Rule 118
Rights not to be interfered with
(1) The taluk office or official shall not interfere with the authority of the officer who has been authorized to exercise any authority in accordance with this regulation. If the taluk office feels that the rights have been misused, it can immediately assign staff to investigate the matter or request the investigation agency to open the entire case.
(2) Provisions as per sub-rule (1) shall not be deemed to limit the authority of Taluk Office to supervise, monitor and give instructions.
